Our TL has provided us two different directions in which to take the project, and it's time for everyone to make the final decision! Our two Concept Assessment conclusions were chosen by our TL nyttyn, from the Concept Assessment thread.

The choices are:

Defensive / Offensive Boosting
Dragon Dance + Nasty Plot

The voting ends in 24 hours.
-----

This will be a single bold vote, which means that you vote for only one of the submissions. A typical vote might look like the following:
My Preferred Entry

If the voter wishes, he may post comments on his vote below the actual vote. Only the vote itself should be bold and none of the supplementary text should be bold.
CAP uses automated scripts to count votes. For this reason, it is very important for all ballots to be submitted correctly. If you do not compose a legal ballot, your post will be subject to moderation.
  • The scripts count bold words in ballots, so do NOT bold anything in your ballot other than the options you are voting for.
  • Do NOT put any formatting other than bold in your post.
  • Only one option per line.
  • Spelling of options must be EXACTLY correct and must match the spelling listed above.
  • Capitalization and spaces are ignored by the vote counting scripts, but you probably should not depend on it.
Composing a proper ballot is easy. Enter BBCode Edit Mode (the A in the upper right corner). Copy/paste the options directly from the OP to your ballot as plain unbolded text. Delete and/or rearrange the options to suit your preference and the poll type. Bold your vote text using bold tags or re-enter rich text mode, highlight your vote and click B. Spelling or formatting errors may spoil your ballot, so be careful!

Please post only your votes in this thread. Do not respond to other posts, or your posts will be moderated and you may be warned. You are allowed to say whatever you like in relation to your vote at the bottom of your post, but please do not look to begin a discussion. Keep those comments to #cap on IRC.

Defensive / Offensive Boosting
It's what I advocated for in the thread (though it was pointed out that calm mind has some serious issues that bulk up does not) and probably will lead to a much more interesting discussion in stats when compared to the latter. I don't even particularly care what the moves end up being - as long as it's clear cut between 'offensive' and 'defensive' sweepers and we adequately differentiate the checks and counters of each set, anything goes.

Defensive / Offensive Boosting

It looks like the more flexible option, and the one more likely to fulfil the concept, honestly. My heart was telling me to vote for DD + NP -- but only because it's badass.

Dragon Dance + Nasty Plot

Really I want Dragon Dance + Calm Mnd still, which had a lot of support and not a lot of opposition, but w/e.

Defensive / Offensive Boosting

The concrete approaches suggested for this convinced me that it is more feasible. While Nasty Plot gives us a more unique role, there were no real suggestions on how to make it work out, especially with stats.

Dragon Dance + Nasty Plot

after talking in #cap, i'll be happy with either, but I do have a preference for this approach because it's just much stronger at diversifying checks. It's worth noting that we can use SpD as a semi-dump stat to avoid having a really inflated BST, not really sure how big a concern that is, but Def / Off boosting kinda has a problem with wanting all stats to be high.

Working stats out are not that difficult. That can easily be discussed on how we want to work that out.
